- Develops marketing strategy for discussion panels, alumni gala, case competition and speaker series
- Ensures effective marketing implementation
Associate, Creative
- Responsible for print design and online development
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and WordPress
Associate, Marketing (2 positions available)
- Provides support for Marketing Director by helping implement marketing strategy
- Promote RUFS’ brand and events
Director, Administration
- Assures total operational effectiveness through internal and external communication
- Organizes team meetings and responsible for meeting minutes
- Maintain and update member database
Director, Events
- Responsible for the organization and execution of discussion panels, alumni gala,
case competition and speaker series
- Endorse events via internal and external communication
- Leads associates in assigned tasks
Associate, Events (2 positions available)
- Provides support for Director of Events
Director, Case Competition
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Case Competition
- Coordinates with Ryerson staff, judges and external schools; Promote competition to externals
- Leads Associate and works closely with Director, Events

- Provides support for Director, Case Competition
- Ensures consistent communication with internal and external contacts
Director, Student Engagement
- Liaison for RUFS with Finance department and students
- Works closely with Director, Events to advise on collaboration with other student groups
- Responsible for keeping up to date on finance and designation information
Director, External Relations
- Responsible for corporate relationships
- Generates sponsorships for RUFS’ events
- Provide professionals for discussion panels and speaker series
